For the 17th year in a row, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows has opened its Christmas train display in downtown Santa Paula’s historic clock tower. The annual event features more than a dozen miniature trains chugging through decorative landscapes dotted with figurines, ornaments and nutcrackers.
